Came into the store on a Wednesday after a tragic situation where our dog was hit by a car and got blood all over our bedroom carpets. we needed new carpet and we needed it fast and cheap. The store employees were very accommodating and helpful and I was more than pleased with the price. The next day two guys came to install the carpet. They did it quick, did a great job, and were both very kind. I highly recommend this company and I will be purchasing from them again in the future.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was literally one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer. I wasn't informed they contracted out the installation, which is no problem, but the installer was late, completely unprofessional, and left our overhead door of our HEATED garage open all day when it was 10 degrees out. I got home after work expecting the job to be completed, and not 1 room was finished. When I called carpets to go to discuss with them, they were extremely defensive and told me they have nothing to do with the installer. So long story short, if you ever had an issue with the installation, you would be screwed because they will not stand behind it. For the amount of money we paid, the service was horrible, and I would definitely save myself the headache next time. Last time we had carpet installed, the service was great and fast through a company in Winona, and the only reason we went here was because they could get us in first. Please - save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistake!
