Used Ideal Floors to replace my carpet. The service from the floor room all the way to the install was great! The installer, Jose B., was thorough ,quick and very professional. He even helped me fix an issue with one of the pieces of carpet. One piece wasnt what i had expected and Jose went above and beyond to deliver satisfacory results.

They provide me and my clients great service! Today I want to give high praise to Luis Reyes, my carpet installer from this week. Not only is he punctual and efficient with his installation, but proved to be a great Humanitarian this week! As we were discussing the installation, I scrambled to hold my beat up painters mask that was without a strap, and Luis appeared with a new 3M mask from his truck and gave it to me! I was like really? and he stated he wanted me to have it.....I felt so blessed and so impressed that he was caring enough to share something so precious in today's covid environment with someone he barely knows. God Bless You Luis and Ideal Floors needs more like him!

In design, most companies like Ideal Floors show their true value in how they handle customer issues/mistakes and satisfying the customer’s need. Ideal Floors is a prime example of a company you want to work with. We had what I would consider an extremely rare issue, that although took time to correct, was corrected with accuracy, caring and completely to the details that we felt needed to be addressed. They stood by their service, and when the right people were involved, listened to my concerns and completed the work to perfection. I highly recommend working with Bonnie in Sales. Shanna in management/liaison to ownership is a flat out All-Star. We couldn’t be more pleased with the completed work and you will be too.
