My husband and I just had the most efficient carpet buying experience. I went to their showroom spoke to Jeff Benefield who was knowledgeable and professional. Listened to my concerns (toddlers, dogs) regarding stains recommended the best carpet for our lifestyle. Worked within our budget to find the best match. He scheduled installation within two days of purchasing. The installers were professional, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend The Carpet Store and we will definitely use their service again.
