We are proud to say our MOD rating is.71 and have safety programs in place for installers, drivers, and warehouse employees. Our workforce can consist of up to 45 in-house installers and several quality sub-contractors, who are required to meet our stringent insurance criteria. With over 20 office and warehouse personnel we can assist customers with samples, submittals, close outs, mobilization and storage. Gary Leimer Inc. is experienced in many of today's flooring practices, including moisture mitigation, demo and prep; we have certified installers for all major resilient and carpet manufacturers.
We install LVT and can create VCT patterns and water jetted logos. We can also seal and apply a finishing wax. We also install sheet vinyl and rubber flooring and do everything from handcrafted arcs and circles to heat welding, to integral cove.
