Called Builders for an estimate on a 2 bathroom remodel we were planning. Nik came out to evaluate project. He listened thoroughly and gave us several suggestions which we ended up accepting. Through out project teams were courteous and always made sure the quality was more important than the speed of project. They preformed a test to make sure our tiled shower did not have any leaks, by letting water sit for 24 hours. It took them a full day for test but it was nice to see the importance of quality being a larger priority than rushing to complete.

When moving into my new home, it was a project...From walls being knocked out, to painters, to air duck cleans, to ac repairmen and plumbers. With all of the different people I’ve had to work with in this process, Nik and Kathryn at Builders Flooring couldn’t have treated my family better. They were super easy to work with, they fit within our tight schedule, and they did the best job I could have hoped for. Beautiful black wood tile with 5 inch white baseboards. It looks amazing! They even cleaned up nicely after themselves. I know this floor should last me a lifetime, but I know I’ll come back to them in the future for any flooring work needed.

We recently remodeled our bathroom and they put a new tile floor in for us. They were very quick and the floor looks beautiful! I had one small issue and they came out quickly and addressed my concern. The floor looks great and we are so pleased!

I ordered some cabinets for my laundry room, and I’m very pleased with the results. They shipped in a timely manner, and fit the space perfectly. The staff at Builders Flooring and Design is responsive, efficient and thorough. I ordered Waypoint Cabinets and they shipped on time and without damage. I highly recommend working with this company.

The people are honest and reliable and their service is excellent. I had a difficult time making up my mind about which flooring to get and they were very patient with me and offered several suggestions to help me. I was kept informed every step of the way when the flooring would be delivered and installed and the installers did a great job. This is the second time I've used them in about 10 years. I was so impressed the first time I used them I kept their phone number so I could contact them again in the future.
