Concrete overlay systems are good alternatives when the condition of the concrete is in average to poor conditions, however, they can easily be applied to excellent condition concrete as well. This is a polymer modified concrete coating that is applied by hand trawl or squeegee and decoratively colored to your liking. The overlay installations can include texturing to aid in footing. These systems are sealed with a ultra violet protecting solvent based sealer in fortifying a wet look. Polymer modified concrete overlays can be used to create tile finishes, texture finishes with and without expansion joints, faux flag stone, slate and that are suitable for residential and commercial, interior and exterior use.

We primarily work with Dunn Edwards and Sherwin William paints, however we can use Benjamin Moore and Ici Paints just as well, or even your favorite paint brand.
