The plumber was respectful and pleasant during our greeting. I needed the main water shut off valve replaced in an area that was partial damp most of the time. I've been a customer for over 25 years and in all those years the owner, Wendy, has given me great advice on solving all my problems & the plumbers she hires are truly outstanding in their knowledge of how to repair or replace all my complex plumbing issues. Your estimate was not the cheapest, not the expensive one. I did pay my 50%, we agree on a date and time to start and finish the job and everything was exactly as we agreed.
