A: Flooring Creations has curbside (sidewalk) parking in front of our store and additional reserved parking in a lot directly behind our building. This lot is in the alley and there is signage directing/pointing you to this area. A: For your budgeting purposes here is a good ballpark for a quality luxury vinyl plank, which will run between $2.99 - $3.99 per square foot. We do not sell installation, but we do have great recommendations that can be made to professional independent installers. The going market labor rates will be between $2.00 to $2.75 per square foot.
