Awesome, we love it. We had The Flooring Store & More install the Fox Den Organic Elements carpet for our new build. It's a fantastic pattern and excellent color for a warm color scheme. Josh is a honest player in this space. We already have another order with them (countertops) because results speak for themselves he keeps things easy on us.

Just had laminette flooring put down from these great service from start to Finnish the two fitters were great nothing to much trouble would highly reccomend

The price with install was excellent. All questions and concerns were answered. Financing was a breeze. Kudos to Larry who responded to my very early calls quickly.
The install crew was on time, moved all the heavy stuff I didn't want to move, did a most excellent job with the install and clean up, and put everything back. We are extremely happy with this company and highly recommend them.

This was a Great Day for me! I had a textured laminate flooring installed in my two baths and laundry room. The two installers arrived wearing their masks (for my safety). They were efficient and neat in their work. They immediately knew what, how, and where for the installations and within a couple of hours, they were all finished. The new flooring made my 20 year old house look new.
I had called the Carpet Store & More at: 326-1111 and no matter who I spoke with, their flooring experts gave me excellent suggestions. I made a date for a Rep. to bring samples of my chosen flooring to my home. Later, I went to the store to be sure that I had chosen the right flooring for my home. The store is located in a strip mall at 330 W. Ft. Lowell at Oracle Rd. There is a full array of quality carpeting and other flooring materials, so I made my final choice. I am so delighted by the finished floors!

Patrick came to my house (in marana) and was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions on my flooring. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so we brainstormed . When i got the quote I was very pleased as his prices were great (less than i expected). The installers were professional. (The flooring guys were more fun than carpet installers). Highly recommended

We went in and talked to the very knowledgeable staff, told them what we we looking to do and they gave us great ideas. After taking a few samples home and deciding on a flooring, the process was fast and smooth. We had some trouble spots in our house and the installers worked miracles and completed our flooring in a day and it is flawless. Can't express enough gratitude on how the hard work they perform made our home more beautiful.

Great experience at The Carpet Store & More! I went to several flooring stores to shop for our luxury vinyl planks. I found a product here (Engage Genesis 2000 LVP in Acacia Koa) that was beautiful, high quality, and didn't break the bank. I found this product at two stores but The Carpet Store & More was competitive with their prices and beat the other store (a significant amount!!). Dan was attentive, friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. Great customer service, beautiful product and best price I found! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I never imagined that buying new carpet would be such a great experience! The owner, Larry, brought lots of samples to our home for our convenience (free, of course!) Larry really knows his stuff and his prices are the best. Our carpet was a special order and it was delivered AHEAD of schedule. The installers were courteous, accommodating, and hard working. The Carpet Store & More has just gained a lifetime commitment from us! Thanks for a beautiful job

After receiving four quotes from different flooring companies we decided The Carpet Store was the company with which we wanted to do business. The price we felt was fair, if they met their end of the bargain and delivered what they promised. They did just that! I really have to commend the installers. They are courteous, hard working, and considerate. Can't praise these guys enough. I am now a big fan of the "OJ's"!
Regarding these ratings, most of them are four and five stars, with the exception of one. I would question this one poor rating as the statements made there do NOT at all reflect the treatment or service we received...totally the opposite. Dan and Larry were nothing less than gracious and presented themselves as honest and genuine. We will pass the word to friends and family as reliable flooring businesses are not easy to find. Thanks again.

We were very happy with this company. The prices , variety and selection were the best. Price included carpet, pad, removing old carpet and pad, cleaning floor and moving furniture. One price covered all of this. Waiting for carpet once ordered only took a week, and scheduling for installation was only 2 days. Installation crew was the absolute best! Polite, professional, quick and put everything back in place when they left. Don't waste your time looking around, you'll come back here anyway.
