We meet with you in your home to view the space and gather information about your goals for the design-build project. Based on the initial information, we establish a conceptual budget for your project. Once all your materials arrive at the job site and have been inspected, it's demolition time. Generally, this is the time for critical work behind walls, below floors, and above ceilings - plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning rough-ins, subfloors, and insulation. Now that walls and floors are in, the room begins to resemble its finished state.

DJI Services specializes in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and all manner of residential remodeling. We work with our clients in a partnership from the initial consultation through the final punch list, Dave Innis and Dan Gradl strive to address every detail to make sure your project turns out awesome. Project scope is detailed down to the last outlet and switch. Schedule is effectively communicated. We use Build Clean Hepa Filtration units on every applicable project. We utilize high quality Hepa vacuums during your project and to clean at the end of every workday.
