We offer a design/build program to help you achieve your home-building goal. If you do not already have home plans, we will work with you to develop plans for your dream home. We will meet with you and our home designer to help you work through the various details of designing a home that will meet your needs and be within your budget. When you decide to use Precision Builders as your builder, the price of custom home plans will be included at no additional charge.* We also offer home decorating service by a knowledgeable and friendly decorator and include 10 hours of decorating service with any contract.
With energy costs rising every day, it may well be that in the future, the cost to heat and cool your home may be equal to your mortgage payment. That is why we think it is important to build your home as energy efficient as possible. If you choose to do so, we can build your home to Energy Star Three standards. We are a certified Energy Star builder with the experience and expertise to get your home certified. For those of you who have allergies, we can help you achieve a low VOC living environment.
