Ken receives highest marks for excellent customer service even though he didn’t sell us anything! After listening to our project and searching his inventory, he did not see a harmonious match with other design elements. Instead he helped us figure out an alternative: use the same floor tile from the adjacent room (which we had leftover so no additional cost). That truly exhibits his priorities for the design and customer’s needs first. Thank you, Ken!

Excellent experience with Ken's Carpets! It was a return visit for us; we had water damage following the storms. Ken IMMEDIATELY came out to evaluate and recommend...new carpet was installed beautifully within a matter of days! We will definitely return! Would highly recommend both the quality of the carpets and the service provided.

Ken really helped me pick up the perfect carpet for my stairs. The carpet really blended in with my older carpet and didn't look out of place. I would not have been as pleased with my selections at his showroom without his help. Installation was professional and timely.
