Family owned and operated is the true definition of Arrow Floor Covering. In 1968, Ed Strickler opened the doors of a family run floor covering business with both sons working as installers, and his wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law working in the office. He understood what it meant to have great help. Ed & his wife Josephine retired in March of 1989, with their son Ron and his wife Karen taking over the operation of the business. Although, years have passed and products have changed Arrow's building blocks remain the same.
