All flooring is installed to manufacturer's specification, sanded smooth, stained the client's choice of color (whitewashes, bleaches, and very dark colors are considered to be upgrades) and finished with 3 coats of oil-modified satin poly-Urethane. Water-bourne finishes are also available. All work is done in accordance with the specifications and grading rules of the National Hardwood Flooring Association. Estimates are always free.
