I have had the pleasure of working with you and your team at EDC on five (5) construction- related projects totaling approximately $4,000,000 of work over the past two (2) years. These renovation projects included properties totaling 120,000 square feet of space located in the states of Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina and Texas. As we are within a month of completing the last of these projects, I have decided to award you the construction on a new project in Buford, Georgia whereby we will be demising a 28,500 square foot building into three (3) tenant spaces.I respect the quality of service EDC brings to our company and can honestly recommend your firm as a company that consistently displays an exceptional level of professionalism, dedication and service.
