Constantine Turf Farm

Constantine Turf Farm is located 5 miles north of the Indiana/Michigan line on Millers Mill Rd. both east and west of the new US-131 near Constantine, MI. We deliver to customers in both Michigan and Indiana; we are also conveniently located so customers can place their order and pick up sod here at the farm.

Constantine Turf Farm grows only the finest quality 100% Kentucky Bluegrass Sod, grown on 250 acres of mineral soil which is irrigated regularly. Our Kentucky bluegrass is a unique blend of high quality bluegrasses selected to be heat and drought tolerant and provide for an early green-up in the spring. Each roll weighs between 35 and 40 lbs & has approximately 1/2 of soil with the turfgrass. The big roll sod is especially useful for the professional that is establishing sod in large, open spaces or athletic fields.

Site preparations are complete, sod has been ordered, and it is time for your sod installation. It is often beneficial to moisten the area to be sodded just prior to sod delivery and be sure to install the sod immediately upon delivery. If you choose to have your sod delivered (an available option for larger orders), the sod will be delivered on pallets that hold 500 to 600 square feet per pallet. Our driver will be happy to assist you and your crew and place the pallets around your work site for you.
