Since 1994, M&N Maintenance has been installing, designing, and maintaining all different types of properties. The letters of our name represent our founders, Manuel and Nury Paredes, who started the company as a couple, bringing their combined lifetime of lawn and landscaping experience into a company that became almost immediately successful. Today, their son Art Paredes and his wife continue the family tradition of unique, superior-quality landscaping and maintanence. Through our experience, we have realized that you might think not much separates one landscape company from another.
Ever wish you could have a worry free beautiful lawn. Our customized monthly maintenance package allows just that. This package allows you to customize your lawn maintenance plan. Therefore allowing you to never worry about what service needs to be completed and when. Service usually starts on April 1st and continues through the end of November depending on the weather. It includes mowing of the lawn weekly, string trimming grass that grows against home or fence, edging along paved surfaces to prevent turf encroachment and a final walk through of the property with a blower to blow away any loose clippings and debris.
