Condray & Young was founded in 2003 after Matt Young completed his degree in Horticulture from Kansas State University. Although, at that time we were a small company with a different name. In 2006 with the addition of Micheal Young, the company began working towards the ultimate goal of a "one stop shop" for lawn and landscape care. In 2007 after working for a number of other companies in Topeka, Kelly Condray decided the standard of landscape maintenance needed to change. Kelly started a company that provided superior service in lawn and landscape management.
