Central Oregon Landscaping

We are licensed, bonded and insured as a business for both landscape maintenance & construction. Currently licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board as a general contractor. Central Oregon Landscaping & Construction is a small locally owned business. We offer a variety of landscaping, maintenance, irrigation as well as construction, repairs, and building services. We always offer FREE ESTIMATES to all clients and potential clients (you can contact us through our "contact us" page) on all projects, big and small.

After years of doing landscaping and landscape construction work (both residential and commercial) we decided to merge our two small businesses, DirtyGirlGardening, my gardening and landscape maintenance business with his, CTH Property Maintenance business together. Since summer of 2014 Cory & I are partners and equal owners in our landscape maintenance & construction business, Central Oregon Landscaping & Construction LLC. We love working hard and being outdoors. Landscaping and building is a passion of ours and we always look forward to working together with our customers to create a landscape they will enjoy.

The beginning of 2017 started off with record breaking amounts of snow. Because of this we had more winter related issues here in central Oregon than we usually do. Ice dams would be one of the more regular calls we began to receive, followed by damages & insurance claim calls due to the water damage caused by the ice dams. When it comes to ice dams & water damage you are going to want to get that ice dam removed as soon as possible in order to prevent further damages.

In addition to landscape install, irrigation, paver work and construction jobs, we also offer regular landscape and gardening maintenance services. Including, but not limited to, spring & fall clean ups, thatching and aerating, fertilizing & regular weekly or bi-weekly (or monthly) weeding and/or mowing, edging and general lawn and garden care. We also offer pruning and trimming services (and tree removal too), barking, mulching and top soil delivery and upkeep. We are always happy t o give free estimates on anything you may be interested in having maintained.
