Our Registry has both Privately Owned Professional Licensed Window and House Cleaning Companies available. Windows washed if easily accessible. Ladders not always supplied. Hard to reach windows require a specialist who supplies ladders & equipment, ordered by appointment only. When you order a on going General Cleaning it may include 1 or 2 easily accessible windows in rotation each time the registered housecleaning company cleans your home, (depending upon time allowed.) The privately owned licensed small businesses referred state that light to moderately dusty blinds can be cleaned routinely in the General Cleaning order; however time does not permit heavily dusty blinds in the general cleaning, please order in advance.

If you would like "all" your windows, blinds, and decorative items "washed" always order extra time. Additional time will be required if your room is "excessively dusty". Also, while children's toys can be picked up & put away for you, more time can be spent on less savory tasks if these items are already put away.

Deep cleaning or restoration cleaning of water spots & mildew usually take more time then a general clean allows. Water spots may not be able to be removed, some water spots are etched into the glass. Heavily used showers usually require more time. It is recommend that a daily maintenance using a squeegee on all glass and tile surfaces along with a towel to dry edges after each shower. Outside of cabinets washed finger prints, however, inside of cabinets only upon request (as time permits). If your bathroom has heavy use the items on the counter-tops and other items may not be included in a light general cleaning.

Please note: The professional Cleaning Companies in our registry do not offer stripping wax off floors. Washing ceilings and walls require a separate order. Most homes can take from 1 to 3 days to complete a deep, thorough spring cleaning, and it's well worth the cost.

The most popular service is a General Cleaning, usually 3 to 6 hours or can be up to 8 hours, available, weekly, bi-weekly, once a month or occasional. General Cleaning usually consists of four areas: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Dusting & Vacuuming & Washing Floors. A 3-Hour General Cleaning usually starts at $64.50. The amount of time needed depends upon each individual home, check with the professional referred. More time available upon request. Cleaning can be customized to meet your specific needs.
