Started with Altitude in June 2017 as they did a deep cleaning on mother/mother-in-law house prior to going on the market. Altitude did a thorough job on that house, customer service was excellent as they made certain we were happy with all aspects of that cleaning....they addressed all our specific requests.
We had Altitude provide a walk through and quote on our house at that time. I was a couple of years removed from having a cleaning service so did not know what the going rates were. Altitude quoted the cleaning rate and although I suffered a little sticker shock we felt it was going to be a good arrangement, we have a very big house for me to clean on my own. So we started with Altitude and have been very happy since. This month we felt it would be a good idea to review with Altitude as to what we consider highest priority, etc. This is where I think Altitude excels, as they curteously listened to all my concerns and requests as we walked through the house. Then when I arrived home after the cleaning I was even more impressed and happily surprised as the cleaning was at an excellent level regarding my specific concerns which were completely and very satisfactorily addressed. We are very Happy with Altitude Cleaning Services!

Wow!!!!!! I just hired Altitude to do a monthly cleaning- and am completely amazed at how clean my house was!!!! Thank you so much! They went above and beyond what I expected! Even my 15 year old was impressed, "mom, they folded my pajamas and re-made my bed!" Thank you SO MUCH!!!!

Altitude Cleaning is a family business first so, they care about their clients and take extreme pride in doing the job well. I have tried a number of companies/individuals and only met disappointment but Sarah and her team consistently make my home new. Had our first house cleaning by Sarah and her ladies Diane and JJ. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend their services! I have been through quite a few house cleaners and never completely satisfied. I am now! Very, very professional!
