Key Cleaning Services, Inc. has provided a high level of service to a wide variety of customers since Tom Frith started the company in 1985. Still owned and operated by Tom, his philosophy of providing quality cleaning services along with developing long-term relationships with customers and employees has proven successful. As with any relationship, it takes time. We continuously examine our customer's needs. One of the ways we do this is through regular inspections. An independent inspector tours each facility to make certain our high standards are maintained.
At Key Cleaning Services, we believe in managing proactively. Quality assurance is an ongoing process for all accounts. It begins with proper training of each employee in the methods to achieve Key's high standards for all work tasks. A Supervisor evaluates all assigned workers nightly. Managers visit each site on a regular interval and an inspection report is generated. Inspection reports are reviewed with the Supervisor and the employee responsible for that site. Follow up inspections are performed within 24 hours of any negative inspection.
