I have done business with them previously with a dirty area rug and I was satisfied so I decided to go with them again after I had got a puppy, then a cat that had peed on my carpet in various places. The cat had peed in the cardboard box I brought her home in and leaked onto my leather seat in my car. I was worried neither of the smells were going to completely come out. They communicated with me on what they would recommend, set a date and time and showed up when they said they were going to. Short notice I asked them if they wouldn't mind doing my mats in my car too for additional money. They were glad to help with additional jobs as they had the time that day. I was impressed with how nice their van and equipment were. They are just nice people also, very respectful and relatable. They care about what I have to say. They worked efficiently and as soon as I got in my car after I could no longer smell the cat urine I previously could. He offered to come back and do my seat again if the smell was still there which I thought was really nice. My carpets also now smell fresh again. I can no longer smell the dog urine that I could before. I felt so much better about my place and my car when they left and now today, 3 days later I am still 110% satisfied!

Ryan did an amazing job on our carpet! We just bought a foreclosure home and the carpet was very very dirty! He got it all clean and it looks amazing! Thanks Ryan! Highly recommend Eco Cleaning Services for carpet cleaning!
