Octopus Window Cleaning is located in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs, home to the awe-inspiring 14,115 ft Pikes Peak. With such amazing mountain scenery right in our own backyard, most homes in the area are designed with an abundance of windows with the purpose of taking in as much of the view as possible. And keeping that view crystal clear is an important goal for most home owners! My name is Adam Philipp and I am the owner and operator of Octopus Window Cleaning. I do everything from take your calls to clean your windows. I came to Colorado to get my undergraduate degree from CU Boulder and ended up falling in love with the state and the people- literally. I married a wonderful Colorado Springs girl and we decided to make this town our home. We now have two sons and thriving small business, and we feel proud to be part of this great community. I started Octopus Window Cleaning at the beginning of 2007 with a commitment to provide a top quality window cleaning service that would amaze every customer and have them telling all of their friends.

Adam did an excellent job on our windows & screens! We recently moved in to a house that had not had the windows cleaned in a very long time, if ever. The windows are so clean they look brand new and the screens are so clean you can’t even see them. They look amazing and our house is so much brighter! Adam also repaired a couple of screens and built a few new ones for us and they match perfectly to our existing screens. Adam is easy to work with and very professional. We are so happy we will be using him again.
Casement windows do a good job of hiding dirt when they are closed. Don’t be surprised at what you find when have to open them. Clean is always better. Octopus will keep them looking like new!
