When we started our window cleaning business in 2009, we went door to door looking for our first jobs- It was tough! But we quickly established a reputation for quality window cleaning, and now we are proud and excited to be the top window cleaning company in the Valley! Our goal from the beginning was to build lasting, solid relationships with people, not "customers"- Relationships based on getting to know who you are as a home owner: what you really want, what you value, what makes you laugh! We get it- The expectation for window cleaning is pretty low (a scruffy guy in a beat up truck, ripped jeans, and a bucket of dubious-looking water)- and to that we say "No, Thanks!" From the start, we knew our window cleaning company would be heads and tails above the rest- from your first contact with us, through to the end of the job, we maintain an above-average (ok, we'll say it, an above- above-average) level of professionalism that will surprise and excite you!

To clean the outside of your windows, we use an Ionized Pure Water System, which uses no chemicals. For window cleaning inside your home, we use the traditional brush and squeegee method. We use a Commercial-Grade, Biodegradable solution that is mild yet effective in getting rid of dust, dirt, and oils on the inside of your windows. There are no harsh chemicals or odors. After thoroughly cleaning the inside and outside of each window, we will also clean each sill, track, and frame. Each Window Cleaning also includes a complete cleaning of your screens.

You can trust Malone's Window Cleaning with all of your outdoor cleaning needs- Including gutter cleaning. Prices start at $1.25 per foot and include debris removal and flushing the downspouts to check for and remove clogs.

Because we have the experience required to safely and effectively clean every exterior surface of your home. Most companies that offer 'pressure washing' show up to your house and blast away at your home, deck, and other surfaces with high-pressure guns. Not only is this unsafe for the contractor, but it can easily cause damage to your property. Our 'Soft Wash' System uses a lower-pressure stream, along with a mild commercial grade chemical, to safely remove mold, algae, dirt, and stains. Our Soft Wash will get the dirt, algae, and stains off of any surface- whether your home has vinyl siding, brick, stucco, aluminum.
