Air Duct Cleaning is the process of removing all the dirt, dust, dander, pollen, mold, fungus, and possibly hot wheels and legos from your air ducts. Why should you have them cleaned? In a typical house up to 40 pounds of dust is generated on an annual basis and then is recirculated 5-7 times per day by your HVAC system! When we come to clean your air ducts we'll use a camera to check and make sure that your vents are dirty. If they are, the method we'll use to clean them is called the negative air duct cleaning method.

Window cleaning is often done for cosmetic purposes, but did you know that cleaning your windows also helps them last longer? Glass appears to be flat but is actually porous and what that means is that there are tons of tiny little holes or pores in your window panes that collect deposits of dirt, dust, pollen, and other debris, Over time these deposits can wear down the surface of your windows and cause permanent etching. Regular cleaning will stretch the life of your windows. One of the biggest culprits of destruction is the hard minerals from ground water which is sprayed onto windows over and over again by misdirected sprinkler heads or watering on windy days.

Having your carpet professionally cleaned a minimum of once per year can extend its life. The continued friction between carpet fibers against the dirt tracked into your home can, over time, wear down your carpets fibers. In some cases a new carpet warranty will even be voided if the homeowner does not clean the carpet once per year using the hot water extraction method. We'll clean your carpets using the hot water extraction method, also referred to as steam cleaning. Hot water extraction is the preferred method of carpet manufacturers.
