Services include foundation perimeter treatments to prevent and control subterranean termites, and tent fumigations to control drywood termites and other wood destroying organisms.

The mosquito control service offered by Universal Pest Control is a partnership with our customers. Potential breeding sites are identified. Common sites include bird baths, children's toys, pet bowls, gutters, landscape plants, and standing water due to poor drainage. During the summer in months in Florida, it can take less than two weeks for mosquito's to develop from egg to biting adult. If these sites cannot be eliminated, they will be treated with larvicides to control life-cycle development.

Termite treatments are designed to eliminate existing infestations and protect your structure from future attacks from subterranean termites. Before treatment is done, each structure must be inspected to determine the appropriate method of treatment for the construction type. For instance, a home built on a crawl space is treated differently than a structure built on a concrete slab. Once the construction type has been determined, care must be taken to provide a comprehensive treatment without damaging the structure or the landscape.

Details of each program are listed below. Monthly service is available for residents who wish to keep their residential pest control service on a regular schedule. Once a customer is established as a regular account, service is guaranteed. The guarantee is not extended to accounts that do not get serviced on a regular basis. General pest and flea treatments are offered monthly. This service consists of an indoor baseboard spray accompanied by an exterior spray around doors and windows. Universal Pest Control staff contacts each customer by phone each month to schedule service.
