The owner, Justin Hess, was introduced to the window cleaning industry over 10 years ago when his rock climbing mentor and owner of Class Glass Window Cleaning offered him a job. His extensive knowledge and love of climbing made hanging off tall buildings and maneuvering his way around architectural structures a breeze. The establishment of New Heights is Justin's first step in taking over this already established client base and continuing the excellent service and professionalism he has always provided as his mentor heads into retirement.
