The Insoles are amazing. I think I own a pair of each. When I would walk a ton my feet would hurt so bad the next morning that I could hardly walk. On my last vacation we walked a total of 35 miles in one day and the next morning my feet were not sore one bit, the difference was huge for me. I now where them when I workout, walk and in my everyday shoes.

I'm over 300 lbs and work on my feet all day. I bought a pair of insoles hoping to ease the pain better than gel or foam insoles. Although the pain isn't completely gone, it is reduced at least 75%.
