Exceptional quality, excellent customer service. I replaced all the windows in my home. The windows are superb and I had a smooth and stressfree experience. I was sold great windows, they were all measured correctly and delivered on time. In fact, they look so good my neighbors commented and now they go to KCBS. I will be replacing doors this summer, and without a doubt, I will be going to KCBS. Highly, highly recommended.
Ok to deal with. Had a problem with the estimated time for delivery. Had one wrong sized cabinet and they said they had it ordered. Called 10 days later to find out it hadn't been, plus wouldn't take the wrong sized cabinet back.
