Ocean State Painting was established in 1983 by Kevin Mullen after attending RIJC for business. Kevin started painting with a well-known and respected Master painter in 1981 while attending college. Kevin is the founder and president of Ocean State Painting & Powerwashing Inc. As an owner operated company, you can be assured of constant quality control on every job. Ocean State Painting has been painting residential and commercial properties in South County and surrounding communities for over 25 years.
