While the choices are up to you, It's my job and responsibility to help recommend the right type of products for your particular wood flooring installation. Whether you choose an unfinished/sand and finish on site or a pre-finished flooring product, all installations start with a jobsite assessment to check environmental considerations (proper subfloor moisture content, humidity levels, proper subfloor material, HVAC systems on and at living temperatures, etc).
