We start every project with a high volume power washing with TSP cleaner. This process guarantees that the paint will stick properly. We then power sand all peeling areas so a unified appearance is achieved. We then apply 25 year silicone latex caulking to fill all the gaps and prevent any water damage. All shrubs and plants are covered and all windows are covered to protect from any spillage. After the siding is completed we then address the process of painting the trim. This takes attention to detail that is why we cut in to ensure straight even lines.
