I bought a machine from out of state from Star Equipment. The machine had some issues when it arrived so angered and 1,000 miles away, I called asking for a fix. The salesman went out of his way for several days trying to resolve the issue. Included the service manager and the store owner. They were willing to return my money and pay to have the machine shipped back if I wasn't happy. As commendable as that offer was, I wanted to keep the machine. So they came up with a good alternative solution and let me chose which I liked best. This is definitely a company that stands behind their work. Thanks Rick and Star equipment, it's been a pleasure doing business.
Today my vehicle was burglarized on the east side someone from star equipment on 2nd ave called me and said a couple guys droped some of my property in the parking lot. Thanks to quick thinking from the staff at star and the vehicle and suspect description we was able to notify the police. About 1 hour later the vehicle returned to the scene of the crime thinking we had left. After a police chase of over 100 miles an hour we were able to recover most of our other property. The staff at star saved the day. Above and beyond. Without the call from star we would have no idea what to be looking for.
