All H&W coating, finishing, electroplating and painting processes meet industry-accepted standards. Many of our processes meet or exceed the more stringent military standards. We accept orders ranging from just a few parts to thousands of finished pieces, often requiring multiple processes. H&W's metal finishing services include: anodizing aluminum and its alloys, anodizing titanium, black oxide coating, BR-127 priming, CARC painting, passivation of stainless steel - both nitric and citric, zinc plating, zinc phosphate coating, conversion coating, powder coating, industrial painting, and more.
H&W Global offers high quality powder coating in a wide selection of colors. Our powder coating services are solvent-free and comprised of various synthetic resins, pigments, and special additives for a smooth, consistent surface finish without runs or sags. Powder coating offers excellent corrosion protection. At H&W Global we use select premium resins to achieve a combination of customer requested characteristics, including durability, resilience, and high gloss, as well as resistance to wear, corrosion and weather.
H&W Global offers a wide range of industrial painting services for metal parts and components used in the aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and oil and gas industries. Our paint services include custom masking and plugging for precision paint application. H&W offers a variety of multi-component paint systems. This includes application of dry film or solid film lubricants, as well as air dry and heat-cured paints. We also have experience in applying Xylan coatings. H&W Global offers custom masking for commercial and industrial parts during the painting, powder coating, and some chemical processes.
