Tech Painting is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified company, and our supervisors are trained and certified in the EPA's Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program. Our painters are required to attend weekly training classes, and our supervisors meet monthly to review completed jobs, learn about new techniques, and discuss issues that affect our work.
Tech Contracting is a licensed construction general contractor serving commercial and government clients in the greater DC / Baltimore metropolitan region. Jared Thompson has over twenty-five years of experience in design, development, and construction. He practiced as an architect for seven years, then transitioned to the commercial real estate sector, where he managed development, construction, and sales for over two million square feet of office space. At Tech Contracting, Jared is responsible for preconstruction services, estimating, scheduling, project management, and sales.
