Great product and great customer service. Returned my call promptly. Gave good guidance for applying Terrakoat EX. The product worked great on my DG pathways that were sloped. It is important to apply it as directed.

Yikes, what crappy customer service. Sucks when a company can't tell you specifically when, where and what time your order will be arriving for pick-up, no less delivery. When questioned about the order delay was 'we have 10 days to fill it'. Really? Then why didn't someone say that? Never Again!
