Cedar Valley Steel has shown commitment to the industry since April 7, 1993. The company was founded in rural Iowa, with roots stretching deep into the soil. Cedar Valley Steel President Craig J. Breitbach and Warren W. Stoner started the company from the basement of Craig's home. Both men tilled the earth of the Iowa Landscape by day, and then dealt with clients and bids by night. The two men began the company as subcontracting rebar binding specialists. As time progressed, Craig and Warren contracted the construction of a small theater in Decorah, IA.
