SCS Contracting, Inc. (SCS) was established in 1979 in Marietta, Georgia as a licensed paint contractor. In 2000, we opened a second location in Orlando, Florida in order to help us better serve are customers throughout the southeast. Over the last 25 years, we have proven our ability to grow in other areas of the construction industry. While painting is the largest portion of our business, we also offer other complementary services. SCS employs a team of professional, experienced office and service personnel who are committed to producing a successful job for our customers every time.
In addition to paint, SCS offers expert advice in all forms of wallcovering such as wallboard, drywall and wallpaper. Our experienced staff will help you determine which one is most appropriate for your needs and will make sure it is installed to proper specifications.
We offer a wide variety of special coatings such as high polished concrete, simulated terrazzo and AcryliStain. Our floor coatings and surface finishing products can provide an attractive, safe surface leaving minimal maintenance. These surfaces are often found in interior & exterior entryways & walkways, lobbies, restaurants/bars, auto centers, malls/stores and other commercial locations.
Our Florida division can handle any basic or custom drywall project requested. From arched doorways to drop ceilings and everything in between, our experienced professional crews will frame, install and finish your job to its needed specifications on time.
