Vernon Samson is an extraordinary craftsman. He really knows and cares about his work and we were wow! about the job he did. The carpets are Much cleaner that they were when we bought the house 3 years ago! He is very friendly and pleasant to work with and was very respectful of our furniture and belongings. Customer First was quite reasonably priced, especially given the high quality of their work. We give him our very highest recommendation!!!

Wow, Vernon has the right name for his company, Customer First. I have never had my carpets cleaned so well, for such a reasonable price and by such a pleasant individual. He was on time and with his experience he knew exactly what to do with the carpets, how to treat the customer, conduct business, and manage expectations.
