We have been working very hard to have a great selection for each room of the house so our customers can begin to work with a particular color or style and build a better quality of life in their home. In addition to that, our sales associates, for the past five years, have been retraining to keep better informed on the latest changes in the furniture manufacturing and interior design process. This helps us better inform our customers on which brand or style may suit each individuals needs. Our office staff works to improve service at the point of sale, and our warehouse staff has new facilities to serve our customers more quickly.
Work experience ever. We have been waiting to have our couch repaired for 4 months. After 4 months they say we need to pick something else. Which is fine but now we are being further inconvenienced because they will only deliver and exchange on certain days of the week. I'm totally disgusted with this place and would advice no one to ever shop there!
The salesman Eric was great to work with. He helped me pick out a couch, table and chair set, and bar stools. The table and chairs along with the bar stools were delivered so first. I didn't realize I had an unusually high bar. I had no problems exchanging the bar stools for taller ones. Only waiting on the couch and newly ordered bar stools to be delivered and they are supposed to be hereby next week which is a week sooner than expected.
I just got done purchasing a sectional from here and I've got to tell you I had the best experience ever! Never had so much fun and awesome service.
