Bought my building 5 years ago. Great building had a lot of bad experiences with the staff 5 years ago. About a month ago I seen your ad I came on here and gave them a bad review yes I was so pissed that even 5 years after they fact I reviewed them. I was asked by allied if they could contact me, which I said yes. I expected very little and explained everything that happened. Almost all of the staff that I had dealt with are no longer there and most of the computer system they used is gone so its hard to verify what I was telling the other than a few emails I still had.

The rep and the owner who contacted me were very sympathetic even giving me there personal number to accommodate. They didn't put the onus on me to find everything and prove everything they did the work which REALLY IMPRESSED me. Right from the start they took full responsibility. They still wanted to help after all these years. Pretty impressed wish it had been a bit sooner but even after all this time they still offered to do anything and everything to help.

I told him I really wasn't looking for anything all I wanted was someone to say Allied screwed up and answer on how all these thing could have happened. The owner said it wouldn't be right to not help out so he made me offers to help in every way he could. It has been on my bucket list for a long time to build a garage where I can work on my project cars and from start to moving in I'm 100% thrilled with my Allied Steel Building. The engineering documentation sailed through the building permit process and the kit arrived with ample hardware and supplies to construct and seal the building.

If you like a project that is challenging and fun and you have some friends to lend a hand you can erect a 24X24 building in four Saturdays. The friendly folks at AS helped provide some extra material to accommodate a field change made necessary by an adjustment to the foundation. The final sealed plans have all the detail necessary to assemble the building. And if you do have a question the service team will get you the answers you need.
