Sanchez Painting Contractors can manage and perform on new construction applications of any size. We have undertaken various projects; projects such as the renovation of a single office or room, to larger projects such as St. Mary's Hospital (Health Care) in Milwaukee with over 500,000 SF. Sanchez Painting was part of the CG Schmidt/Barton Malow Company team building the new Columbia St. Mary's Hospital. As one of the largest building projects in the state, this OCIP project represents a team approach focused on quality work along with a zero tolerance safety policy.
We can handle any size job and have experience in hotel construction, health care, industrial and fire rated walls. We can do any project from Level 1 to Level 5 on any scale and most timelines. Sanchez Painting Contractors personnel are extremely meticulous and have worked on projects throughout the state from the Kohl Center in Madison to the College of Engineering at Marquette University in Milwaukee.
