From the beginning, Nyhus Enterprises has been dedicated to bringing high-quality services to customers. We started in 2010 by offering a mobile service for power washing garbage trucks and other truck fleets, as well as repairing containers. Nyhus Enterprises offers quality and affordable burn off services. We use a heat-cleaning oven to remove materials such as varnish, paint, oil, and plastic from metal products. Our oven has the ability to clean aluminum, steel, and iron. Heat-cleaning ovens burn at up to 900 degrees in an oxygen deprived environment. All materials on the metal product are turned to ash leaving the metal like new and ready for reuse. At approximately 250 degrees solvents and hydrocarbons turn to vapor leaving carbon and inorganic compounds behind.

Nyhus Enterprises offers the fast, economical, and popular option of Steel Grit Blasting. Steel grit produces an etched surface on metal for superior adhesion of paint, powder coating, epoxy and other coatings. It quickly strips many types of surface contaminants from steel and various other materials. Steel grit is becoming popular because it takes a minimal amount of time making in an extremely economical process to remove unwanted finishes and it leaves an excellent bonding surface. Some of the best uses include: cleaning cast iron, steel, surface preparation, and rust removal.

Nyhus Enterprises has the capability to perform Glass Media Blasting Services. Essentially, this means we can strip industrial, manufacturing, automotive, and hobby parts. These applications sometimes need a more delicate paint and rust removal system than what conventional sandblasting or steel grit blasting can offer. Our system is capable of using glass and plastic bead media for the job, in order to protect your product. Glass and Plastic Blasting is commonly used to mechanically clean parts, removing oxides, contaminants, paint, and other coatings.
