We specialize in media blasting, powder coating, and painting for customers in the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and the surrounding Midwest. Kaser Blasting & Coatings is a division of Kaser Painting, Inc., established in 1987. Powder coating is applied electrostatically and then cured at 400 degrees, creating a hard, durable finish. When you need great quality, a fast turnaround, and reasonable costs, powder coating is the best option. Liquid coating is more versatile than powder coating, but is more labor intensive and generally more expensive on common parts.
To solve all of our customers' problems pertaining to blasting and coatings. We do this by putting quality above all else, bringing solutions to our customers instead of problems, and consistently improving our services. Kaser Blasting & Coatings is a division of Kaser Painting, Inc, a commercial and residential painting contractor based in Lincoln, Nebraska since 1987. Kaser Blasting & Coatings was formed in 2005 to offer abrasive blasting and high performance liquid painting services. After a number of successful years in the blasting and liquid painting industry Kaser Blasting & Coatings added powder coating to the repertoire in 2014.
Our powder coating facilities feature two cure ovens, two pretreatment bays, and one spray booth. All of our equipment are batch type setups which allow us to coat a variety of parts with a wide range of versatility. Powder coating size capacities are 14 feet wide by 12 feet tall by 30 feet long. Powder coating efficiently and effectively coats products with a harder, more durable finish than traditional liquid coatings. Once applied, the powder is cured at high temperatures (approximately 400° F), which causes the powder particles to liquefy and bond.
Great people to work with, good prices, and high quality!
He calls himself the Sludge Sucker. We call him a chemical genius. Bill Townsend weighs in on the battle against corrosion from a pretreatment perspective.
Fun fact: the more corroded the part was before blasting, the faster it will corrode again after blasting. 😱
