Architectural metal fabrication combines the rare qualities of technology, experience and craftsmanship-which are all needed to create in today's modern construction environment, a product that is fabricated and installed to the highest of standards. AMF can take entire scopes and multiple scopes to consolidate contracts and limit the variability often found between multiple contractors. In addition to equipment, AMF also utilizes a complete ERP package to communicate shop load and scheduling throughout our entire fabrication and installation value chain.

This flexible cutting method allows our metal fabricators to use water only, or utilize a granular abrasive additive (almost like sand) for increased cutting power. Water jetting is often used in industrial fabrication to cut machine parts. Thanks to 60,000 psi, AMF's water jet machine can cut parts to engineer specs and even sand surfaces. Since water jets use high pressure rather than heat, application is ideal for heat-sensitive and pre-annealed materials, allowing metals to retain their inherent properties without heat damage.
