We founded our business in the Puget Sound area of Washington State in the year 2000 as a one-man, owner-operator company with a 3/4 ton pickup and a 250 gallon asphalt seal coat tank. Today, we steadily employ approximately 50 people year-round in the Seattle area and upwards of 75 during the peak summer months. We recently launched our first ever branch office in Tacoma, WA.
What started as an experiment with three people and a couple trucks last summer has blossomed into a bustling enterprise, as Tacoma asphalt company Rainier Asphalt & Concrete celebrates the one-year anniversary of its first-ever branch office in Tacoma. The Tacoma office now has over 15 people, including a dedicated Project Manager and Account Manager, and offers its full suite of services including asphalt patching and paving, concrete, curbing, crack filling, seal coating, striping and drainage.

Rainier Asphalt & Concrete recently did a re-paving and curbing job at Panorama Place Condominiums in Kent. As a resident of that complex I am not very impressed with this company's work, especially with our new curbing and the quality of the new pavement in front of my townhouse is very poor.
