Been using neyra since they came to my area 4 or 5 years ago, never again will I use another manufacturer. We recently had a little mix up at the local plant and corporate went above and beyond to make sure that every single customer was taken care of and compensated for the inconvenience. I've never seen a company value their customers, and more importantly I've never seen a company go out of their way to make calls and reach out to everyone individually to make sure everyone is as happy as possible.
