You as a customer has the right to choose who does the repairs on your vehicle. They might try to bully you into one of their preferred shops but you do have the right to choose which shop does the repairs.

Be careful who you trust your repairs with or even buy your vehicles from. This vehicle came in to get to get some work done and once we dissembled the door we realized whoever had done the prior repairs didn't even take the time to remove all the moldings on the vehicle to properly paint a used...
