Several years ago when I was just starting to sealcoat, VB was more than helpful to me when they didn't have anything significant to gain. A couple years later while a temporary vacation relief guy was there in Tulsa, that worker made a mistake that he could easily have fixed but didn't. I called a couple different people with VB and they gave me a discount on some material. I didn't take it cause I felt like I owed them for helping me earlier and really just wanted the careless guy to be reprimanded, but thought they were stand up guys for offering. Before that and since then all was great and material is always good.
Very poor sweeping after "Street Preservation" job in August. There is still much pebbles all over the street and in our driveway in early November, 113th street just West of Nieman in Overland Park, Kansas.
You need to tell your employees not to be hosing their oil and tar covered equipment off in people's yards and to not drive in people's yards.
